Brand new "MOPAR PERFORMANCE PARTS" R5 small block Dodge engine block. Casting number 05049138AA. Sold by Mopar performance as a fully machined block. It's lighter weight, has improved coolant flow for better cooling and a redesigned oiling system. Cylinder bore is 4.115" i.d. 1 pc main seal Crankshaft & main bearing Housing bore is 2.230" i.d. (FOR 2" MAIN Crank & CAN BE LINED HONED TO FIT THE 2.250 JOURNAL CRANKS) Lifter bore is .872" i.d. Deck height is 9.0". Splayed bolt billet steel main bearing caps. Sealed camshaft tunnel. Cast in threaded bosses to install piston oilers. This is a brand new block that lists for $6800.00 mopar performance. Save yourself a lot of money and still start with a new block.
